We don't have a LJS near us so we stop when we are traveling. The food was fresh and tasted great.
The menu is too complicated. The family twelve piece bucket isn't listed and the employees don't suggest it despite getting an extra side and all the sides are larger. Bi asked how I could get the third side, how I could get larger sides and how I could get more pieces than right and each question I was told I couldn't when that's what the unlisted twelve piece family meal gives you

We went through the drive through and had such wonderful service! My mom & I laughed in the drive through with the kind woman who helped us! She had such a good sense of humor and positive attitude! I wish I knew her name to shout her out! Exceptional service & food arrived to us quickly! Will be returning soon!
This Long John Silver's is clean and the food was fresh and hot. The service was friendly. The lobby was clean, as were the restrooms. We will return to this location again when traveling through Somerset.
